Protection of customer's personal data

Customers' personal data obtained through the Online Store are protected and kept permanently in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Customers' personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contracts and services that are the subject of these general terms and conditions and for the purposes for which the customer's consent has been obtained. All user and customer information is strictly kept and is available only to authorized employees and those who need this information to perform their work. The Buyer is authorized at any time to request the completion, modification or deletion of personal data, as well as to object to the processing of personal data for information purposes.

We collect the following types of personal data:

Basic personal data (Name, surname, date of birth) and communication data (address, e-mail, mobile phone number and landline phone number.)

We keep personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. We store the personal data we process on the basis of your personal consent until your revocation. We keep the personal data we process on the basis of the law or contractual relationship with you for as long as it is prescribed by law.

Upon expiry of the retention period, we delete personal data efficiently and permanently or anonymize them so that they can no longer be linked to a specific individual.

The buyer guarantees that the data provided by him is accurate, complete and up-to-date true and by accepting these general terms and conditions he confirms that he agrees with the use of his personal data for the above purposes.

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from illegal or unauthorized access or use, as well as from accidental loss or loss of part of the data. We have designed them taking into account our IT infrastructure, the potential impact on your privacy and costs, and in accordance with current industry standards and practices.

Rights of data subjects

Regardless of the basis of data collection, you can request free of charge at any time:

• access, change or supplement data in all databases of personal data, based on which we will provide you with access or change your data in all our databases depending on your request,
• deletion (“right to be forgotten”) of personal data in all databases of personal data, on the basis of which we will delete you from all our databases, except from the databases that we are obliged to have and keep on the basis of positive regulations, and if there are no stronger legitimate reasons for processing or if processing is not necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,
• restrict the processing of your data or object to the processing of such data
• that the data we have collected about you is transferred to you or to third parties ("right to data portability"), in accordance with positive legal regulations,
• if the data is provided on the basis of consent, you can always withdraw that consent without negative consequences,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Personal Data Protection Agency (www.azop.hr);
