Premium coffee comes from the highest quality plantations, grown at ideal altitudes, carefully harvested and roasted in a way that highlights its best aromas and flavours
Our coffee is roasted in small batches to preserve maximum freshness and aroma. We use precise roasting techniques that allow for a perfect balance of taste, without bitterness or toasting
We recommend that you store your coffee in an airtight container, in a dry and dark place, away from moisture and heat. Do not keep it in the refrigerator, as it can absorb the smells of other foods
It is best to consume coffee inside 4 to 6 weeks from frying to enjoy the full aroma and freshness. After that, coffee loses its flavor intensity, although it is still safe to consume
- Bright frying – highlights the natural fruity and floral notes, with a slight acidity.
- Medium frying – a balanced taste with a slight sweetness and a rich aroma.
- Dark frying – stronger, chocolate and nut tones, less acidity, intense aroma
If you want freshest taste, we recommend buying coffee beans and grinding just before preparation. Ground coffee loses its aroma faster, but is more convenient to prepare quickly
The amount of caffeine depends on the type of grain and how it is roasted. Arabica has less caffeine, but a richer taste, while Robusta Contains more caffeine and gives a stronger impression in the cup
